Kure makes it easy to collaborate with your team to complete successful process improvement projects together. You can complete projects three times faster with Kure's collaboration and AI features.

To invite team members to join you in your project in Kure, while inside of your project, click the project title in the header. You'll be taken to your project detail view. From here, you can invite team members by clicking 'Invite Team Member' on the bottom right. Input the email addresses of the people you'd like to invite to your project, then click 'Invite Team Member'. Each team member you invite will receive an email from Kure asking them to create an account and then access your project.

Once your team members create their Kure accounts, you can assign them to different tools within your project. To do this, open your project timeline by opening your project and then clicking 'Timeline' in the left sidebar, and then clicking 'Edit Timeline'. While you're editing your timeline, you can assign tools to different people. Just find the tool you'd like to assign to a team member, and then click the name in the dropdown. Then select the team member you'd like to assign that tool to. Once you click 'Save', each team member assigned to a new tool will receive an email notifying them that they've been assigned to complete a tool by the date listed.

They'll receive email reminders to complete that tool when the due date approaches, helping to keep your project on track. You can also assign or change who's assigned to a tool while you're in a tool. For example, in your As-Is Pap, on the top right, click the dropdown, or 'Assigned To', and you can change who this tool is assigned to.

Once you click 'Complete', an email notification will be sent to that team member notifying them that they've been assigned to this tool.
