Q: What type of support is provided during 1-on-1 Coaching?
A: 1‑on‑1 Coaching includes six 1-hour sessions of individualized support with a Master Black Belt focused on project selection and a Tollgate Review of each DMAIC phase.
Q: Is Coaching included in my GLSS Subscription?
A: 1-on-1 Project Coaching is only included for Team Plan Subscriptions, and Group Project Coaching is only included For Business & Enterprise Plan Subscriptions. Coaching is not included in an Individual Subscription, and must be purchased as an add-on during checkout.
Q: Can I purchase Coaching without upgrading my Free trial?
A: No. Coaching is a paid add‑on and cannot be purchased during a Free Trial. Free Trial users must upgrade to a Subscription before adding coaching at checkout.
Q: What Coaching plans are available ?
A: The Coaching plans available are 1-on-1 Coaching, Group Coaching, and Strategic Planning Coaching. For details on Group Coaching and Strategic Planning Coaching, please contact the GLSS Support Team.
Q: Can I have additional Coaching Sessions than what’s generally provided?
A: Yes. Any coaching beyond the standard total would be available as an add-on package: $1,499 for six additional 1-on-1 sessions. To purchase additional coaching or a tailored package, please contact the GLSS Support Team to request a customized invoice.
Q: Are refunds available for unused coaching sessions?
A: No. Unused coaching sessions are not refundable.
