6. FAQs
Q: What should I prepare before my coaching session?
A: Before your session, make sure you have a reliable device and internet connection ready so you can join on time, and take a few minutes to jot down any questions or topics you want to cover with your coach. Students using Kure should ensure their project is up to date before the session; if you are not using Kure, email your current project summary or status to your assigned MBB Coach at least one day before your session so they can review it in advance.
Q: How long are coaching sessions?
A: For 1‑on‑1 Coaching, each session is 1 hour, with a total of six sessions available to learners. Group Coaching consists of 3 sessions, each lasting 1 hour.
Q: What happens if I miss a coaching session? Does it still count as one of my sessions, or can I reschedule without losing it?
A: If a coaching session is missed, it is considered used and will be deducted from your coaching sessions. Rescheduling is allowed, but it will count as a separate session.
Q: Are coaching sessions recorded?
A: Yes. However, all participants within the session must agree to have the session recorded. Similarly, meeting notes are not automatic and all participants must agree to having notes captured.
GLSS Coaching is not just a learning experience; it’s a gateway to redefining how you work, lead, and inspire. Our experienced coaches will help you build the confidence, insight, and skills to drive meaningful efficiency and lead with purpose.
