The GLSS Reports Dashboard is your go-to tool for tracking user activity, course progress, and overall engagement across your organization. This guide will walk you through each section of the Reports Dashboard and how to use it effectively.

1. Accessing the Dashboard

To access the Reports Dashboard:

  • Click on the “Reports” tab in the main navigation menu.

  • You must have admin permissions to view this section.

2. Dashboard Layout Overview

The Reports Dashboard is divided into four main sections:

  • User Overview

  • Course Overview

  • User Table

  • Course Performance & Engagement Charts

3. User Overview

This top section displays user activity within your selected plan (e.g., Business Plan: 50 seats). Each user is categorized into one of the following statuses:

  • Invited – User received an invitation but hasn’t logged in.

  • Logged In – User logged in but hasn’t interacted with a course.

  • No Activity – User is inactive after login.

  • With Activity – User has started engaging with the platform.

Use the dropdown to filter by Date Range (e.g., Last 30 Days) to filter recent data.

4. Course Overview

This section provides a high-level summary of all course statuses:

  • Not Started – Users assigned but haven’t engaged.

  • In Progress – Users who have started but not completed.

  • Completed – Users who have completed the course.

You can filter this data by:

  • Course Name (e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt)

  • Team (if teams are assigned)

This gives you insight into how many users are actively learning or falling behind.

5. User Table

The table lists detailed user data. Each row shows:

  • ID

  • Name & Email

  • Job Title

  • Department

  • Course and the user’s status

  • Date Started

  • Progress

  • Date Completed

  • Time Spent

  • Actions

Features:

  • Use the Search bar to find specific users.

  • Click Columns to show/hide fields. This includes options like ID, Job Title, Department, Sign Up Date, Last Logged In, Gender, Nationality, and more. Toggling columns can help tailor your view and streamline exports.

  • Select multiple users using checkboxes and apply Bulk Actions.

A. Individual Actions (Three-dot menu):

  • Mark as Complete – Manually mark a user's course as complete.

  • Download Certificate – Retrieve completion certificates for eligible users.

  • Send Reminder Emails – Trigger email reminders for:

    • Account Setup

    • Start Course

    • Complete Course

  • Remove Seat – Remove a user's seat from the platform. Once removed, the user will no longer have access to GLSS. Their data, however, will be retained and not deleted.

B. Bulk Actions:

Under the Bulk Actions dropdown, you can send reminder emails to selected users for:

  • Account Setup

  • Start Course

  • Complete Course

These actions are great for nudging learners and managing group progress efficiently.

6. Course Performance & Engagement Charts

A. Course Completion Over Time

This line graph shows trends in course completions by type (e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt). Use this to:

  • Monitor course completion rates

  • Identify drop-off dates or spikes in engagement

B. User Learning Performance by Module

This bar chart displays progress by course module:

  • Introduction

  • Define

  • Measure

  • Analyze

  • Improve

  • Control

Compare module-level engagement across different belt levels.

7. Exporting Reports

Click the EXPORT button (bottom right of the screen) to download all data.

  • Reports are generated as Excel (.xlsx) files.

  • Once the export is processed, the file will be sent to your registered email address.

8. Troubleshooting & FAQs

A: This may happen if a user has multiple roles or was invited under different emails.

Q: My charts aren’t updating. What should I do?

A: Try adjusting your filters or refresh the page. Data syncing may take a few minutes.

Q: Can I export only one team’s data?
