How to Set Up Automatic Weekly Reports

Staying informed about your team’s learning progress just got even easier. We’re excited to launch a new feature in the GLSS App that streamlines how you receive course progress updates: Automatic Weekly Reports.

Now, instead of manually generating or exporting reports, you can schedule them to be delivered straight to your inbox—on the exact day and time that works best for you and your team.

This update removes extra steps, saves valuable time, and keeps everyone aligned with consistent, reliable insights.


How It Works

Setting up your weekly report takes just a few moments:

  1. Open the GLSS App and navigate to the Reports page.
    Click “Setup Automatic Report”

  2. A setup modal will appear with a few simple fields to complete:

    • Date Range

    • Course

    • Day & Time

    • Email Addresses

      • Note: If no email addresses are entered, the report will not be sent.

  3. Select “Setup Report” to finalize.

Once saved, your report will automatically be emailed to the recipients you selected based on the schedule you chose—no additional steps required.
