Within a Project Charter, standard users can add additional team members and invite them to access the project by sending an email invitation.

Once an external user is invited to a project, organization admins receive an email notifying them of the pending approval.

Once the invited user’s invitation is accepted, they will have complete access and visibility to the project.

If an invited user’s request is declined, they will receive an email notification indicating that their access to the project has not been approved.

Q: Can external users or team members access a project before an admin approves their invitation?

A: No. External users cannot access the project until an organization admin has approved their invitation.

Q: Will admins be notified of every external invitation?

A: Yes. Admins receive an email notification for each pending external invitation.

Q: Can a member re-invite an external user if their previous invitation was declined?

A: Yes. Members can send a new invitation, which will again require admin approval.
