How to Accept a GLSS Organization Invitation

A detailed guide to activating your GLSS account through an Organization Invite

When you’re invited to join an organization in GLSS, you’ll receive an email invitation with step-by-step instructions to set up your account.

Be sure to activate your account using the invitation email sent from GLSS. This ensures you’re automatically enrolled in the invited organization and have uninterrupted access to assigned courses. Accounts created without using the invitation link will be placed in a free trial with limited access.

1. Open Your Invitation Email

  • Navigate to your inbox

  • Search for an invitation email sent from help@glss.app

  • Confirm the subject line reads: ✨Your new GLSS account

  • Accept the Invitation


2. Activating Your Account

  • Input your personal information

    • Name, Job Title / Department

  • Create a secure password

Once logged in, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the organization and will have immediate access to any course(s) assigned to you.


3. Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: I didn’t receive my invitation email. What should I do?

A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact your organization admin to resend the invitation.

Q: Can I login without using the invitation email?

A: No. If you try logging in without accepting the invitation, you’ll be notified that your account isn’t activated. Using the invitation ensures you’re properly enrolled and have full access to your organization’s courses.

Q: How long will I have access to my courses?

A: Access lasts as long as your organization’s subscription is active or your seat assignment is valid.
