When you’re invited to join an organization in Kure, you’ll receive an email invitation with step-by-step instructions to set up your account.
Be sure to activate your account using the invitation email sent from Kure. This ensures you’re automatically enrolled in the invited organization and have uninterrupted access to creating and completing projects. Accounts created without using the invitation link will default to a free trial with limited access.
1. Open Your Invitation Email
Navigate to your inbox
Search for an invitation email sent from team@kure.app
Select the Indigo “Accept” button
2. Activating Your Account
Input your personal information
Name, Job Title / Department
Create a secure password
Complete the in-app tour to familiarize yourself with the platform
Once logged in, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the organization and will have access to creating a process improvement project.
3. If Your Email Domain is Already Associated with an Existing Organization
When you create a Kure account: with an email domain that’s associated with an existing organization with an active Subscription, the following options will be presented:

Select this option if you’d like to join an existing organization. To get invited into that organization, you must copy the presented invitation instructions link and send it to your Organization’s Admin.
Prefer to continue separately?
Select this option if you prefer to create a project and manage your own, independent organization..
4. Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: I didn’t receive my invitation email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact your organization admin to resend the invitation.
Q: Can I register without using the invitation email?
A: No. If you register without accepting the invitation, you’ll be placed in a 30-day free trial with limited access. As a result, your organization’s admin or Master Black Belt coach will not be able to review your project.
Q: How long will I have access to my courses?
A: Access lasts as long as your organization’s subscription is active or your seat assignment is valid.
Q: Do I have to join an existing organization if my email is associated with its domain?
A: No. Users can choose whether to join the existing organization or continue independently by creating a new organization.
Q: As a student who enrolled with Cengage/ed2go for the Green/Black Belt with Project Program, can I create an independent organization?
A: No. The Lean Six Sigma course you enrolled in through ed2go includes access to GLSS and Kure and you must accept the invitations sent from team@kure.app to complete the program. Creating a separate organization will place your account in a Free Trial, which provides limited access and expires after 30 days.
