When you’re invited to join an organization in Kure, you’ll receive an email invitation with step-by-step instructions to set up your account.
Be sure to activate your account using the invitation email sent from Kure. This ensures you’re automatically enrolled in the invited organization and have uninterrupted access to creating and completing projects. Accounts created without using the invitation link will default to a free trial with limited access.
1. Open Your Invitation Email
Navigate to your inbox
Search for an invitation email sent from team@kure.app
Select the Indigo “Accept” button
2. Activating Your Account
Input your personal information
Name, Job Title / Department
Create a secure password
Complete the in-app tour to familiarize yourself with the platform
Once logged in, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the organization and will have access to creating a process improvement project.
3. Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: I didn’t receive my invitation email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact your organization admin to resend the invitation.
Q: Can I register without using the invitation email?
A: No. If you register without accepting the invitation, you’ll be placed in a 30-day free trial with limited access. As a result, your organization’s admin or Master Black Belt coach will not be able to review your project.
Q: How long will I have access to my courses?
A: Access lasts as long as your organization’s subscription is active or your seat assignment is valid.
