Upgrading Your GLSS Plan with a Kure Subscription Add-On

A step-by-step guide to upgrading your existing Kure account through GLSS

When users purchase a GLSS Subscription, they can add a Kure Subscription as an optional add-on, allowing them to complete real improvement projects alongside their GLSS Training with greater structure, clarity, and confidence.

1. Adding the Kure Add-On

  • Navigate to the GLSS Subscription plan checkout page.

  • Select Add-on: Kure Subscription.

  • Select Subscribe.

  • Once redirected to the Register Your GLSS Account page, you’ll be prompted to complete your account information.

  • Select Start to access GLSS.


2. Activating Your Kure Subscription

Method 1 – Using the Invitation Email

  • Open the “Welcome to Kure” email sent from team@kure.app.

  • Select Create Account

  • Once redirected to the Create Your Kure Account page, you’ll be prompted to sign up and create your password.

  • Select Next to access Kure.

Method 2 – Through GLSS Settings

  • Navigate to Settings > Subscription & Billing in the GLSS App.

  • Scroll down to the Kure Add-On section.

  • Select Login or Create Account

  • Once redirected to the Create Your Kure Account page, you’ll be prompted to sign up and create your password.

  • Select Next to access Kure.


3. Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: If I already have a Kure subscription, can I purchase the add-on during my GLSS Subscription checkout?

A: No. You will see a message that your email already has a Kure Subscription, and the add-on cannot be selected during checkout.

Q: I’m part of multiple organizations in Kure but don’t have a subscription. Can I still add the Kure add-on?

A: Yes! After activating your Kure subscription through either the invitation email or GLSS settings, a notification confirming your Kure + GLSS Subscriptions will appear. Select the (1) organization you would like to link your subscription to.

Q: How long will I have access to my courses?

A: Access lasts as long as your organization’s subscription is active or your seat assignment is valid.

Q: How can I confirm if my organization has an active Kure subscription?

A: If you belong to multiple organizations, first select the organization you would like to check. Then go to Settings > Subscription & Billing in Kure to see your subscription status for that organization.

Q: If I link my paid Kure subscription to one organization, what happens to my access in other organizations?

A: You will still be able to access other organizations, but only on a 30-day free trial. These organizations will not have a linked paid subscription, so access will be limited and will expire when the trial ends.
