When users are invited to join an organization in GLSS, they’ll receive an email invitation with step-by-step instructions to set up their account. Accounts created without using the invitation link will be placed in a free trial with limited access.
Organization and Billing Admins can resend this invitation email if a user did not receive the original email or needs it sent again.
1. Resend an Invitation to a Single User
Navigate to the User Dashboard
Scroll down to the User List section.
Select the ‘menu’ icon next to the user you want to resend the invitation to.
Select Resend Invitation Email.
2. Resend Invitations to All Unregistered Users
Navigate to the User Dashboard
Scroll down to the User List section.
Select Action.
Select Resend Invitation Emails.
Select Confirm.
3. Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: Can I resend an invitation more than once?
A: Yes. Invitations can be resent multiple times until the user accepts and activates their account.
Q: Will resending an invitation create a duplicate account?
A: No. Resending the GLSS invitation email simply sends a new activation email and does not create a duplicate account.
Q: Who can resend invitation emails?
A: Only Billing and Organization Admins can resend invitations to users who have not activated their accounts and joined the organization.
