When users select a project template, some fields may include pre-filled example content to help guide you. These are only intended as references and should be replaced with information specific to your project.

1. Deleting Pre-Filled Information

  • Click into the field containing the template content

  • Highlight the existing text

  • Delete the content

  • Enter your own project-specific information

  • Save your changes

The prompts will automatically update to match the new process. Changes must be manually saved, as auto-save may not consistently apply.

2. FAQs

Q: Why does the information from the template keep coming back?

A: When making changes you must manually save the changes by selecting next to save and move forward. You can always return to previous sections or phases to make additional updates.

Q: Is there a way to reset the template to its original state?

A: You can reset changes through your project history only for the As-Is Map & To-Be Map sections.

Q: Can I skip sections that don’t apply to my project?

A: All required sections should be completed to ensure your project meets certification requirements. However, uploading photos is optional. If your organization does not allow photos uploads, you may skip this step and continue working on your project.
