Managing Your Subscription

A guide to managing your Subscription directly within the GLSS App

When users register for a GLSS Subscription, they gain complete access to all courses for as long as their Subscription is active. Managing your Subscription allows you to upgrade your plan, update billing information, or cancel your Subscription when needed.


1. Upgrading Your Individual Plan to a Team or Business Plan

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Subscription & Billing.

  • Select Manage Subscription.

  • Select your preferred subscription upgrade.

  • Select Subscribe.


2. Updating Your Payment Method

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Subscription & Billing.

  • Select Edit Billing Information.

Any future Subscription renewals will be charged to the payment method on file.


3. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Subscription & Billing.

  • Select Edit.

  • Select Cancel Subscription.


4. FAQs

Q: What happens when my Free Trial period ends for my GLSS account? Do I need to cancel it?

A: The GLSS trial period will end automatically after 14 days. Your account will be locked afterward, but no charges will be made, and you don’t need to do anything further.

Q: Can I pause my Individual / Team / Business Subscription?

A: No. If you no longer wish to continue your Subscription, you may cancel it at any time in Subscription & Billing. You’re always welcome to subscribe again in the future.

Q: What happens after I cancel my subscription?

A: After canceling your Subscription, your account will no longer be billed. Additionally, access to your courses, certifications, badges, and other Subscription benefits will be removed at the end of your billing cycle. You will also lose the ability to renew certifications required for compliance purposes.

Q: Will I get a refund after cancelling my subscription?

A: No. Canceling your Subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our support team through the chatbot at the bottom-right of your screen.

Q: How do I confirm that my Subscription was canceled?

A: You will receive a confirmation email once your Subscription has been successfully canceled.

Q: Will the GLSS Subscription automatically renew?

A: Yes! The GLSS Subscription operates as an auto-renewal Subscription, meaning that once you subscribe, the Subscription will automatically renew annually on the anniversary of your original Subscription date unless you actively cancel it. This auto-renewal policy is clearly outlined in the Terms of Use, which is agreed upon during the Subscription process by checking the "Agree" box. A reminder email is also sent prior to the renewal, providing an opportunity to review and cancel your Subscription before charges are applied.

Q: Why didn’t I receive a renewal reminder email?

A: While reminder emails are sent before the renewal date, it is important to ensure your email on file is current/accessible and emails from help@glss.app are not marked as spam.
