The User Dashboard focuses on a standard user’s learning experience, which includes:
Assigned/available courses
Leaderboard rankings
Earned badges and Certifications
The Admin Dashboard is where organizational management takes place, including:
Inviting/removing users
Assigning users to an A La Carte (ALC)/Subscription Seat courses
Accessing the Reports Dashboard
Organization activities

Q: Will switching to Admin Dashboard affect my learning progress?
A: No. Switching dashboards does not impact your organization, users, or course progress. It only changes your view.
Q: Does switching to the User Dashboard change my settings or remove my organization management access?
A: No. Switching to the User Dashboard does not change your settings or remove your administrative access.
Q: Who has access to the Admin Dashboard?
A: Only Organization and Billing Admins have access to the Admin Dashboard.Standard users can only access the User Dashboard.
Q: Can I [an Organization/Billing Admin] switch dashboards at any time?
A: Yes. You can freely switch between the Admin and User Dashboards.
