Managing Your Kure Subscription

A guide to managing your Subscription directly within the Kure App

When users register for a Kure Subscription, they gain access to the Business Transformation Platform and process optimization projects for as long as their Subscription remains active. Managing your Kure Subscription allows you to upgrade your plan, update billing information, or cancel your Subscription as needed.


1. Upgrading Your Individual Plan to a Team or Business Plan

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Subscription & Billing.

  • Select Manage Subscription.

  • Select your preferred Subscription upgrade.

  • Select Subscribe.


2. Updating Your Payment Method

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Subscription & Billing.

  • Select Edit Billing Information.

Any future Subscription renewals will be charged to the payment method on file.


3. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Subscription & Billing.

  • Select Edit.

  • Select Cancel Subscription.


4. FAQs

Q: What happens when my Free Trial period ends for my GLSS account? Do I need to cancel it?

A: The Kure trial period will end automatically after 30 days. Your account will be locked afterward, but no charge will be made. No further action will be needed after.

Q: Can I pause my Individual / Team / Business Subscription?

A: No. If you no longer wish to continue your Subscription, you may cancel it at any time in Subscription & Billing. You’re always welcome to subscribe again in the future.

Q: Can I schedule a Subscription Cancellation?

A: No. You can cancel your Subscription in advance at any time before the end of your billing cycle. This ensures that when your renewal date arrives, your account will no longer be billed, and course access will cease.

Q: What happens after I cancel my subscription?

A: After canceling your Subscription, your account will no longer be billed. Additionally, access to the platform, your projects and project builder will be removed at the end of your billing cycle.

Q: Will I get a refund after cancelling my subscription?

A: No. Canceling your Subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our support team through the chatbot at the bottom-right of your screen.

Q: How do I confirm that my Subscription was canceled?

A: You will receive a confirmation email once your Subscription has been successfully canceled. In addition, all admins and associated users will be notified via email regarding the cancellation.

Q: Will the Kure Subscription automatically renew?

A: Yes! The Kure Subscription operates as an auto-renewal Subscription, meaning that once you subscribe, the Subscription will automatically renew annually on the anniversary of your original Subscription date unless you actively cancel it.

Q: Why didn’t I receive a renewal reminder email?

A: Kure does not send email reminders prior to subscription renewal or payment due dates.
