Customizing Certifications with Your Organization Logo

A guide on how to add your organization logos on your GLSS Certification(s)

Billing and Organization Admins can add their organization’s logo to Certificates to highlight that your learners’ have completed their GLSS Training & Certification through your organization. This guide walks you through how to set up and manage your organization’s logo on your users’ Certifications.


1. Customizing Your Users’ Certifications to Include Your Organization’s Logo

  • Navigate to your Organization Dashboard

  • Select the menu icon on the top right

  • Select Edit Organization Settings

  • Drag Organization logo on the Certificate logo box

When uploading your organization logos, you can only use one of the supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC (Maximum file size is 2MB).


2. FAQs

Q: Why isn’t my organization’s logo appearing as an uploaded file?

A: Your organization logo must be a maximum of 2MB, and in a supported format to appear on your users’ Certificate(s).

Q: Why can’t I (a standard user) add my organization logo to my Certification?

A: Only Organization / Billing Admins can add a personalized logo to Certificates.

Q: What quality should my company logo be to display clearly on the certificate?

A: For best results, we recommend uploading an image of at least 512 × 512 pixels, but the file must be under 2 MB to ensure it uploads successfully.

Q: Can I use animated images or logos?

A: No. Animated images are not supported on Certificates.
