Updating Your Kure Email Address and Password

A guide on how to update your account email and password directly within the Kure App

Keeping your email and password up to date helps prevent login issues and supports secure access across your projects. Your email is also used for important notifications from team@kure.app, including project progress and renewal reminders.


1. Updating Your Email Address

Email addresses associated with your Kure account cannot be changed directly within the App. You must contact Customer Service to request for an updated email address.


2. Updating Your Password

  • Navigate to Settings

  • Select Profile

  • Toggle the menu icon, and select edit

  • Select Change Password

  • Enter a new password and confirm.

  • Select Save Password

Q: What should I do if I experience general login issues? A: If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your GLSS + Kure account, ensure that you are using the correct email address and password. If issues persist, consider resetting your password or contacting support for further assistance.

Q: If an organization invite was sent to one of my email addresses, can I accept it using a different email address that I also own?

A: No. You must accept the organization invite using the same email address where the invitation was originally sent.

Q: How can I regain access to my account if I forgot the email I used?

A: You must submit an account recovery request with customer service by selecting the dark blue icon at the bottom right of your screen. In your inquiry, users should include: the name associated with your original GLSS account registration and the new email address you’d like to use. Additionally, double-check the email address you are entering for any typos. If you suspect the email address registered to your account is incorrect, try logging in with the username or email address you may have originally used, even if it was misspelled.

Q: Can I extend my Free Trial period?

A: You may submit a Free Trial extension request with customer service by selecting the dark blue icon at the bottom right of your screen.

Q: What if I forgot my current password?

A: On the login screen, select Forgot Password and enter the email address associated with your GLSS account. You’ll receive an email from help@glss.app with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. Ensure that you are entering the correct email address associated with your account.

Q: Will updating my password affect my access to projects or data?

A: No. Your password only affects your log in. Your account content, projects, and progress remain unchanged.
