The Free Trial is your chance to explore the GLSS platform and our courses before you register for an annual Subscription or an a la carte (ALC) course. This 14-day period allows users to become comfortable with how everything is organized–from course navigation and course content to available plan options–so you can choose the next step in your Lean Six Sigma journey with confidence.

Choose between Myself for a personal trial or My team for a team trial
Myself is ideal for starting a Free Trial for your own learning. My Team will allow you to explore GLSS as an Admin, which includes managing course access and reviewing user progress for multiple users within your organization.

Note: Under a Free Trial account, Our White Belt course is the only course offered completely free. Even during the Free Trial period, learners who complete the White Belt course will receive a downloadable PDF certificate upon completion. For further access to other courses or their Certifications, users must register for courses ALC or register for a GLSS Subscription.

The Free Trial period will end automatically after 14 days. Your account will be locked from accessing courses afterward, but no charges will be made, and you don’t need to do anything further. Q: Can I receive my White Belt Certification under a Free Trial?
A: Yes. Once you complete all training modules and exams for the White Belt course, your certificate will be generated and be available in the “My Certifications” section of your dashboard. Under a Free Trial account, Our White Belt course is the only course & Certification offered completely free.
Q: Can I receive my Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Champion Certifications under a Free Trial?
A: No. During your Free Trial, you’ll be able to access the Yellow Belt Course content up to and including the Control Training. In order to get your Yellow Belt Certification, you must register for either a GLSS Subscription or the a la carte (ALC) course. For the Green Belt, Black Belt, and Champion courses, the Free Trial unlocks the first two modules.
Q: How long does the Free Trial last?
A: The Free Trial lasts for 14 days and starts when a user completes the account registration process.
Q: Do I need to input my Credit Card or Billing information to register a Free Trial?
A: No. You may register for a Free Trial account and explore our courses and platform without inputting payment details or billing information.
Q: Do I need to be experienced with Lean Six Sigma or have pre-existing Certifications to start my Free Trial?
A: No. You may start a Free Trial with any level of experience. Simply visit the GLSS website to begin exploring our platform.
Q: Can I keep my course progress if I decide to register for an ALC course or GLSS Subscription after my Free Trial?
A: Yes. Any course progress and completed work from your Free Trial will remain tied to your account, so when you upgrade, you can pick up where you left off.
Q: Can I access the Free Trial from multiple devices?
A: Yes. You can access the GLSS App from multiple supported devices using your GLSS login, so your progress and course access stay synced wherever you sign in.
Q: Where can I register my GLSS account and start my Free Trial?

A: The GLSS trial period will end automatically after 14 days. Your account will be locked afterward, but no charges will be made, and you don’t need to do anything further.
Q: Can I restart a Free Trial after it ends?
A: No. Once your Free Trial ends, it can’t be restarted on the same account. For continued or further access to our Training & Certification courses, you may register for a GLSS Subscription or for a course ALC.
Q: If I update my email address associated with my GLSS account, does it restart the Free Trial?
A: No. No. Your 14-day Free Trial. is tied to when your account was first created, not your email address. Updating your email will not reset or extend your trial. However, creating a new GLSS account with a different email does start a separate trial, as it is considered a new account.
Q: Can I receive an extension on my Free Trial?
A: If you’re interested in extending your Free Trial access, please contact the GLSS Customer Support Team.
Q: Will I receive an email notification confirming that my Free Trial has ended?
A: Yes. You will receive an email notification indicating your trial has concluded. Additionally, GLSS will send email reminders notifying you that your Free Trial is expiring soon.
Q: Can I switch from an individual Free Trial account to a Team / Business / Enterprise Plan Subscription later?
A: Yes. You may upgrade to a Team / Business / Enterprise Plan Subscription at any time.
Q: Do I have to wait until my Free Trial ends to register for an ALC course or Subscription Plan?
A: No. You can upgrade to a GLSS Subscription or an active ALC course seat at any time during your Free Trial or after it ends.
