Inviting Your Team

A guide on how to invite your team in the GLSS App

Written by Nicole Ines

Inviting users to GLSS connects teams in a shared space, simplifying collaboration and progress monitoring while ensuring consistent training. Whether expanding an organization or sharing with others, inviting users gives all users access to the same resources for Lean Six Sigma development.

1. Within a Free Trial Organization

  • Select the "Invite Member" option located in the bottom-left corner.

  • Select Inside my Organization or Outside my Organization

    • Inside my Organization: Keeps your team unified under one organization. Selecting this automatically makes you an Organization Admin and gives you the ability to access the Reporting Dashboard to track user progress, manage your team by inviting or removing team members, and updating their user roles.

    • Outside my Organization: For personal recommendations. This option keeps your GLSS access separate, and both parties will receive a 20% discount on their subscriptions. If you are already subscribed, your next annual payment will reflect the 20% reduction, and referring five people who subscribe will grant you one free payment on your yearly subscription.

  • Enter the email address(es) of the user(s) you’d like to invite to GLSS

2. Within a Subscription Organization

  • Navigate to the Organization Dashboard

  • Select Add User

  • Enter the email address(es) of the user(s) you’d like to invite to your organization

3. Accepting the Invitation

  • Navigate to your inbox

  • Search for an invitation email sent from help@glss.app

  • Confirm the subject line reads: ✨Your new GLSS account

  • Accept the Invitation

Once the invitation is accepted, users will be prompted to register their GLSS account by inputting their personal information (Name, Job Title / Department) and creating a secure password.

4. FAQs

Q: Why should an organization invite their entire team to GLSS?

A: Inviting your team centralizes training, promotes consistent learning, and supports alignment across Lean Six Sigma development.

Q: Why should I start a Free Trial account for my Team / Organization?

When you start a Free Trial account for your Team, you’re not just testing another training platform—you’re seeing how our Ethical Efficiency™ approach can help your organization improve processes and deliver lasting measurable results that are for your organization and the people it serves. You unlock admin features like enrolling learners and tracking team activity to see who is engaging, which courses are driving process improvement, and how training is turning into measurable gains like fewer errors, less waste, and faster, more responsible workflows.

Q: I didn’t receive my invitation email. What should I do?

A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact your organization admin to resend the invitation.

Q: What happens if the user is already part of another organization?

A: Users must be removed from their current organization before accepting a new invitation, as a user can only be associated with one organization at a time. To remove a user from an existing organization, you must submit a request by contacting the GLSS Human Support Team. If an invitation is sent while a user is an active member in another organization, they will receive the following notification:

[User Email Address] is already part of an organization. Remove the user from the current organization to add them to a new one.

Q: Do I need to invite a user with an already-registered GLSS account?

A: No. Users can create and register their GLSS account upon accepting an invitation. If they already have an active account, they will be automatically assigned to the organization and can access it upon logging in. They will not need to accept the invitation.

Q: Can I invite a user who has an active GLSS Subscription?

A: No. Users with an active GLSS subscription cannot be invited to an organization. Only those without an active subscription are eligible to receive and accept an invitation. If an invitation to a user with an active subscription is created, they will receive the following notification:There was an error processing the request. [User Email Address] already has an active subscription.

Q: Can I add multiple users at once?

A: Yes. Subscription Organizations can use the select the Add Multiple option. Free Trial Organizations do not have access to this feature, but can still add multiple users by entering all email addresses into the entry box at the bottom of the page and using commas in between different emails.

Q: What happens if I invite someone outside my organization?

A: You will be unable to track their course progress or manage their activity, as your accounts will remain in separate organizations.
