Setting Up Recurring Organization Reports

A guide on how set-up recurring organizations reports in the GLSS App

Recurring Organization Reports allow Billing & Organization Admins to automatically receive key performance insights without manually generating reports each time. This feature helps teams stay consistently informed, monitor learner progress, and maintain visibility into organizational activity with ease.


1. Setting Up Recurring Organization Reports

  • Navigate Reports

  • Select Setup Automatic Report

  • Select desired recurrence

  • Select Setup Report

All admins are not automatically included to receive this report. To ensure an Organization / Billing admin receives organization reports, you must add their email address within the Email Addresses field. All email addresses entered in this field will automatically receive the report, including Standard Users.

Q: What are recurring Organization Reports?

A: Recurring Organization Reports are automated reports that deliver updated organizational data on a set schedule, eliminating the need to manually generate reports on a regular basis.

Q: Who can set up recurring reports in the GLSS app?

A: Only Organization Admins & Organization Billing Admins can set up report recurrence for their organization.

Q: What information is included in a recurring report?

A: Recurring reports include: Course Name, Date the user registered on GLSS, Date the user last logged in, Date the user started courses, Learning Path, Assigned Courses, Course Progress %, Completion Date, Certificate Date, Admin Marking, Assessment Attempt, Assessment Score, Organization Average Score, Job Title, and Department/Team.

Q: Can I update the recurring report to specific information / columns?

A: Yes, the recurring report information can be updated by navigating to Reports β†’ Scrolling down to the Users section β†’ select columns.

Q: Can I send recurring reports to emails not within the organization?

A: Yes, emails outside your organization can receive recurring reports. Any email address entered in the Email Addresses field to receive the report will be included as a recipient.

Q: Can I receive recurring reports biweekly, monthly, semiannually, or annually instead of weekly?

A: Recurring reports can only be scheduled weekly; however, you may select a single day and time during the week for the report to be delivered.

Q: What if I’m not receiving my scheduled reports?

A: First, check your spam folder and verify your email settings. Then confirm that the report is still active in the GLSS App. If issues continue, contact your Organization Admin or Organization Billing Admin to ensure the correct email address is listed in the report setup.
