  • Select your current project

  • Select Timeline Select Sync To Calendar

  • Log-in & select Continue

2. FAQs

Q: Will the team members who were invited to access my project see the dates in their own Google Calendar?

A: Yes. When a timeline event is synced, all team members assigned to that task are added as guests in the Google Calendar event.

Q: Will synchronizing my project timeline create a new Google Calendar?

A: No. Synced project dates are added directly to your primary Google Calendar, keeping all your events in one place.

Q: Will my timeline dates in my Calendar automatically change when I update them in Kure?

A: No. If you make changes to your Kure project timeline, you’ll need to sync your Google Calendar again to reflect the updated dates.

Q: Can I sync multiple Kure projects to the same Google Calendar?

A: Yes. You can sync multiple Kure projects to the same Google Calendar. Once synced, events from each project will appear together, allowing you to view and manage all process improvement projects’ timelines in one place.

Q: Does the sync work on both desktop and mobile versions of Google Calendar?

A: Yes. The sync works across all versions of Google Calendar. The events and dates will be visible on all devices where you’re signed into the respective Google account.
