Applying Multiple Discounts at Checkout

A guide on how to apply multiple discounts towards your GLSS purchase

Applying multiple coupons allows users to combine eligible codes, allowing you to reduce your total cost and complete your purchase with confidence.


1. Applying Multiple Discounts at Checkout

  • Select desired purchase & select Subscribe

  • Select Coupon

  • Input coupon code & select Apply

When adding coupons, you must individually input them and select apply after.


2. Applying Multiple Discounts Towards Your Renewal

  • Log in to GLSS: https://the.glss.app

  • Navigate to Settings

  • Select Subscription & Billing

  • Select Billing Tab

  • Select the Menu Icon (three vertical dots)

  • Select Apply Coupon

Please note: Only one coupon can be applied during the renewal process.

Multiple discounts cannot be applied toward renewals.


3. FAQs

Q: Where do I look for coupon promotions?

A: When visiting the GLSS website, a pop-up will display the current monthly coupon. Each month features a new promotion. You can also select the blue circle on the bottom right (Mochi) and ask for the latest available discounts.

Q: Are there limits to the number of discounts I can apply/redeem at once?

A: No. You can apply multiple valid and eligible coupons.

Q: What happens if I enter an invalid or expired coupon code?

A: If a coupon is invalid or expired, the modal This promotion code has expired” will appear, indicating that the code cannot be applied.

Q: Are promotional codes automatically applied?

A: No. All coupon codes must be manually entered and applied during checkout.

Q: Can I use multiple discounts when upgrading my current plan?

A: Yes! Multiple discounts can be applied when upgrading your current plan.

This applies to upgrades from an ALC plan to either an Individual Subscription or a Group Discount plan.

Q: Where can I view the final price after all discounts are applied?

A: You can view the final price with discounts applied in the checkout summary. You can also view the discounted amount on your invoice after subscribing.
