Inviting users to Kure connects teams in one shared space, allowing them to collaborate and invite each other to project initiatives. Inviting users to Kure allows all users to have full access and monitor project progress.

Q: Who can invite members to a Kure Organization?

A: Only Billing Admins, User Admins, and Portfolio Managers can invite users to a Kure Organization.

Q: Does the user need to have a Kure account before accepting the invite?

A: No. Users can register for a Kure account after accepting the invitation.

Q: Can I invite users from another organization?

A: Yes. Users can be invited to join an organization even if they are currently a member of another organization. Users can accept the invitation without being removed from their current organization.

Q: Does my project team member have to first be a part of my Kure organization?

A: No. Users can add project team members who are outside of their organization.

To invite an external project team member:

  • Navigate to Define Phase

  • Navigate to Charter

  • Scroll down to Project Team Member

  • Enter the user’s email address

Kure organization admins receive an email notifying them of the pending approval.

Q: What if I didn't receive the Kure Invitation?

A: Please check your spam/junk folder; sometimes, these emails are filtered there. Additionally, please check with your organization’s IT Team to ensure emails from our email domain (@kure.app) can be received.
