Turning Off Kure's Marketing Emails

A guide on how to turn off marketing emails within the Kure App.

Managing your marketing email preferences allows you to turn off Kure marketing emails through your notification settings and re-enable them at any time.


1. Turning Off Kure's Marketing Emails Within Kure

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Notifications.

  • Select Manage Email Notifications in the top-right corner.

  • Toggle off Receiving Emails Through Email.

  • Select Turn Off to confirm.


2. By Unsubscribing Within an Email

  • Navigate to your Inbox

  • Search for an marketing email sent by team@kure.app

  • Select a Kure Marketing email

  • Navigate down the email

  • Select Unsubscribe

Q: Can I turn marketing emails back on?

A: Yes. You can turn marketing emails back on by returning to Manage email Notifications and toggling the email setting back on.

Q: Will I stop receiving all emails from Kure if I turn off marketing emails?

A: Turning off marketing emails only changes your marketing email preference. Other emails required for communications may still be sent.

Q: Do I have to change my email preferences every time I log in?

A: No. Once you turn off the email setting, your preference will remain in place until you choose to turn it back on.

Q: Will this disable emails or notifications that are account-related or are project progress updates?

A: No. Account-related emails and project progress updates will not be affected when disabling marketing emails. These notifications help keep you informed and aware of your project status, free trial end date, and verification confirmation.

Q: Am I able to disable billing-related emails?

A: No. Billing-related emails cannot be disabled. These emails help keep you informed about important subscription details, such as your subscription status, renewal date, and billing information.
