Using the Kure Portfolio™
Using the manager is as simple as selecting Portfolio in the sidebar, confirming your organization, and looking at the pipeline of potential project ideas. They are divided into five sections:
Raw Idea Evaluation – where ideas from anywhere in the organization can be submitted and reviewed as potential projects
Project Definitions – where promising ideas are rated for impact and difficulty, with the best moving on to validation
Project Validation – where project ideas are thoroughly evaluated before turning them into projects which can be assigned to teams
Assigned Projects – where projects are being worked
Finished Projects – for projects that have been completed
Within each of these parts, various projects and actions can be taken to move the project or idea forward. Think of these as a pipeline of projects – in each section, the best ideas are selected and developed, getting them ready to progress.
The intent is to ensure there are always worthwhile projects available, and no project gets assigned that's not truly valuable to the organization.
